Ive just stuck the 3.90 M33-3 firmware on my psp, and after it installed, I cant read anything off my memory card. The memory card itself seems to still work, as the computer can read it through the psp-usb thingy, but the psp itself now insists that there are no games on it. One forum suggested formatting the card through the psp, but trying that seems to have just made it worse. After telling it to format, it said there was no memory card inserted. Now I cant even select the memory card under the game option. Anyone have any ideas?

Do psps have ears? Regardless, if you whisper sweet nothings to it whilst it's covered in jam and marmite it might just behave.

/choo choo!

Have you tried taking the card out and putting it back in?

/Obvious and not helping

Tried booting it up whilst holding triangle and r1 or whatever it is to boot into the custom settings menu provided by M33-3 and having a poke around there?

It's just R1 for 390M33.

Also, which 390M33 are you on? I believe M33-3 is the newest revision. Thanks to some trickery you can update via Network Update, but you'll need your MS working first.
