Updates to CS:S server

well, been a while since i've done much work on it, so i did some.
*Given all admins weapon restrict rights
*Added playground_redux back into the server
*Added res files for the AS maps we use (lets cs:s download the models automatically)
*Added preset weapon restrict sets (to allow admins to restrict stuff easily)
for example:
Pistols only
Shotties only
Stuff to be done:
*Think of more stuff to do

Good job on the AS models, but I enjoyed seeing a purple and black checked man running around! Made him easier to see and shoot!

After all the effort I put into trying to organise it, and all the initial interest, noone cares any more.

i'm happy to play, but frankly i'm not gonna set any time aside due to the fact ty isn't on much at the moment, so it's kinda pointless trying to get our game arranged.
