cant seem to get off the isle of man, but im taking advantage of this by filling up on ammo

seems anything you pick up before getting dealt with by the captain gets dropped at the end of his tour

also,it's pointless to get much on the island, my helicopter got shot down

To get off the island you've got to follow the Captain about for three buildings. Then you go to the helipad and call the helicopter. Then it gets shot down and you lose all your kit.

I'm now in Piedmont. I've found pistols, ammo, armour and radios in the police station and medikits and res syringes in the hospital.

Seems Fireteams don't work yet, and neither do shops, although you can earn cash.
