Just thought you guys should hide in a bunker for 150 years because someone in turkey got bird flu.

Also, stay out of York, people with smallpox died there in the past.

Mainly the only issues starforce is rumoured to cause are rumours, the CD/DVD thing is questionable.

Rumour or not, it's rather annoying that they stick around after you've uninstalled the product it came with.

THIS :above:

I read the instructions about uninstalling it, but can it be uninstalled without uninstalling the actual game?

yes, because it's leftovers from sunrise and not part of nations at all.

Also, like I have found out, once you have removed starforce, it's quite difficult to play TMN.

Ahh, the old Starforce debate. When I posted on the TM forums, there were quite a few people complaining about Starforce. IMO Starforce isn't evil. It cannot be denied that it has one of the best track records (excuse the pun :)) for protecting games. However it is slightly sneaky the way it installs, and if you find this bad then fine, but you get all these forum-ites that say it has ruined their hardware/crashed their computer/stole their first-born/etc. which cannot be verified.

Personally I've never had any troubles with it, so I'm always a bit sceptical about all these anti-Starforce claims
