Where next?

Just want to be clear on the direction we're heading so we don't lose momentum. Setting goals appears to work quite well (we were 10mill short of our isk target last month which was not a bad effort
Short term:
1. Make money. Mining, ratting, trading and selling Haf. We all need isk, and so does the corp. A target of 200 mill a month is about right for corp funds.
2. Build ships. Several of us are up for some new ships at the mo. We have buckets of mins in Berta and Hoth but if needed an empire mining binge for low ends might be an idea.
Medium Term:
3. Recruiting. One of two more players wouldn't hurt. A solid player base of 20 (no more - ISS fees double) should mean we have at least 5 people on at any time. Keep your eye out for likely candidates. They don't have to be experienced players.
4. Wombling. Some confidence in PvP would be good. A fleet run out in cheap frigs, 'ceptors, cruisers and/or stealth boats to whack some -ve dudes would be great for our ego (now legal under the new ISS charter).
Long Term:
5. 5punk Ships. There's no reason why this can't happen now, but I'd like to see our financial position secure before we ramp up on this. Hope everyone knows what it involves, if not shout at one of us in game. We should however start testing the waters soon. Marginis is a perfect springboard for this kind of thing.
Final info point: I've stripped the corp of all inactive players and will continue to do so every few months. This not only abides by the ISS charter but also ensure our fees stay managable (Sorry I didn't consult with you Fea, but you weren't around and it needed to be done before I paid the monthly fee).
