Hey all punks i gots me a problem!
as i mentioned in my computer specs post i mentioned getting a bigger monitor and i have but i have a mahoosive problem. My 7800GTX has 2 monitor outputs so i plugged my old monitor in the second and the new in the first. Because i like my music i want to have media player on the second and a game on the primary monitor but whenever i start call of duty the secondary monitor brain farts and goes all funny i.e. the screen minimizes and the wallpaper shrinks.

I preferred the first version that had the images as links, even if they were broken. Can you link those pics instead please, they are very big, kthx :)

stuff is probably jumping around because of the huge difference in resolution, which then changes in your game. Solution is to set the in-game resolution to the same as you have you main screen in windows.

Yep you have to set the resolution in game to the same as you are running on the desktop to avoid the second monitor spacking out.

Mine's straightforward because I have 2 x 19" TFT's both running at 1280x1024

Also with Nvidia cards, go through the multiple display wizard in the advanced bit of the display properties, as this is far better than using XP's built in one.
