If it's still set up for votes then changing the map shouldn't be too difficult. As for custom maps.. not yet, I believe.

The new version of the CoD editor was supposed to be out ages ago but there's been no word.
However, when the patch was announced it said it was updates, fixes, new MP maps and some tools.

Google suggests the patch could be out February time, but who knows.
Fingers crossed.

If I get chance, I will change the map rotation around a bit, but yes, the map vote is available for us to use if we need it.
