Drone bay not remembering where it goes?

My drone bay just wont remember where I stick it. Every time I undock it tags itself onto the end of the overview, covering up the other stuff I have there.

I was going to file a bug report but it wont let me log in to the bug reporting section

All sorts of complaints on Eve-O about interface windows not staying where they're told, even when pinned.

Reported huge framerate drop of up to 20 fps as well.

Alt key no longer shows celestial objects (major pain for scanning)

Overview settings resetting to default

Brackets not working properly

Several graphical glitches

And apparently the location of the settings folder has changed AGAIN so lots of people have lost their bookmarks and overview settings.

So far, I'm rather glad I can't log on until their's been a patch to patch the patch which was a patch to fix the last patch which broke the patch before.

I logged in after the update to test my system and see teh new shiney graphics, saw that it made my Ishtar look like a turd and logged. Stations do have lots 'o little lights now though, but still does not make up for the fact my HAC looks an ugly brown.
