Sereiously people BUY THIS NOW. It's only £5 and it's fucking awesome.
Also, the multiplayer is excellent! GO! GO! GO! I want to do the co-op missions...

well I looked at Amazon marketplace and they had a few "Like New" for £4 and new for £5.45. Here in the US anywhere I look it's under $10.
as for the dodgy version, you need a valid CD-Key to play online, but you can still do LAN play so we might get it to work on hamachi + LAN if you can't get a valid key from a keygen or something.

I played a floorware version right through a couple of years back, had a bit of fun with LAN play at work - co-op vs. mimes and banana skin deathmatch were a laugh. Then played the original which someone had got free with a graphics card, which I liked even more. There are quite a few in-jokes in the second one based on the first one.
Both had hugely entertaining single player modes, with laugh-out-loud clichéd Spy Movie locations and some of the best overheard conversations in any game. There are some stealth bits, which normally kills a game stone dead for me, but I persisted for many a frustrating hour as the promise of further levels was too much of a lure.
Along with the Timesplitters games they are a rare breed which didn't take themselves too seriously, but still had solid gameplay.

Bum Flakes! My CD key is invalid so I can't play online. Does anyone else have this problem? Mine is a proper copy.
