The best Xfire skin I've seen so far is the Nvidia one, it's not over the top, but at the same time much better than the default Xfire theme.

That Half Life 2 skins looks pretty neat, and it's similar to the Half Life 2 Windows Media Player skin. Jinxx is faaabulous.
