stop game detecting GFX card

Hey, does anyone knwo ifg theres a way to stop a game detecting what gfx card you have.

as Im trying to get Dawn of War to work on Shot2Bits machine, but it says his gfx card isn't compatable.

If the card is not compatable. . . not sure what can be done.

I saw some "emulator" drivers for the late GF3 / early GF4 to emlate hardware T&L and shaders - they weren't pretty tho.

Is it not letting you install? or run the game?

There are some programs out there for spoofing your graphics card, I found some when trying to get BF2 to work on my card. Afraid I don't have them anymore after I gave up.

You might want to try searching BF2 forums as they might still have links. Hope this helps :roll:

But remember how bad it looked Stuk.. To be honest I wouldn't bother trying after remembering Stuk's Beef-too... Everything was a bit pink, blocky and oh yes tanks were invisible?
