if any1 had played fallout 1/2 they should have loved all the random killing
but anyway there is fallout 3 is comming out (donno when) but it is beeing done by the same people who did the eldar scrolls series(Bethesda Softworks)

Never played tactics, but from what I see, no. 1 and 2 were equally absorbing and highly amusing. From the Star Wars piss takes to the dead whale from Hitchikers Guide and the melting people with laser guns. Great game! Looking forward to the 3'rd installment!

Theres been shitloads of rumors/halftruths/outright lies about fallout 3 for fucking years. When its actually in the shops, *then* I shall believe it.

i had the demo of tactics and found it fun, possibly a completely different game though.

weeeell, see the post about rumors/halftruths/outright lies. There are rights to the singleplayer RPG, and rights to the MMO version. I do know that at one point these were owned by different people, but god only knows who's got what now.
I have a gut feeling, however, that Fallout 3 will be a standard, offline RPG story type thing, and thats what most of the rumours are about. If an MMO happens at all, I would put money on it being done seperately.
