More computer upgrades!

Woo. What with my birthday having just passed, I have around 200 squid to spend, and thought I'd upgrade my computer in anticipation of Oblivion coming out.
I was thinking of getting a motherboard and processor (Athlon64, skt 939, PCI-E) and a new gfx card too. Now I've found a few deals as below, but was wondering if there was anything better I should go for but hadn't thought of yet? I've got RAM and HD already, and I'm kind of assuming that my current case and power supply will be ok, so its just the mobo, cpu and gfx I'm after. And as close to £200 as possible!
Foxconn socket 939 bundle with NF4K8AC-RS motherboard and Athlon 64 3000+ CPU and Foxconn CMAK82BX-C CPU Cooler
For GFX cards I'm a bit more unsure. ebuyer has a good range of ATi and nVIDIA cards for what look like good prices, but I'm really not too sure on what to go for. Now I know there've been polls and debates already in this forum, but if you guys could help me narrow the range down a bit then I can pick one that goes best with my eyes or something.
