Does anyone know where you can buy many, many inflatable sheep, with either a discount, on cheap any way, a whole flock is required.

inflatable sheep in bulk may be a problem, but what about getting a picture of some sheep, launching some card into a printer, and make free standing ones?
alternativly, try play.com , theres seem to be the 's'heepest* i've seen
ya see what i did there?

Do they always pop, i must be using mine wrong then.
As your looking at buying in bulk (one can only assume for some sort of mass orgy), you might want to try some publications like CoinSlot. This is a trade paper aimed at aracde and seaside novilty shop owners.
