mod for cod2 server

this mod lets you do some good things...
it's called the 'powerserver mod'

you have to register on the site to download it..
but it means you can:
turn off skull icons for the enemy
turn off that faaabulous grenade radar icon
add on spawn protection
add server msgs
punish tk'er
have your website displayed in bottom right hand corner
it does more as well but these are the most important, check it out
next mod for this should have a sprint and nade cook mod... sprint mods out at the moment look more like skateboarding.. so wait for a goodun
when i've got some more time, i'll drop by with cashy to frag with you guys.

no no no, you got it all wrong! its radar that detects happy grenades!
must admit it got me confused at first, nazi throws grenade, then you get told where it is. first time it happened i thought it was an ammo resupply and ran over it.

Okay I have a cooked nade mod which works brilliantly, and a coloured smoke nade, which is suprisingly good, and causes less lag on the server than the usual smoke nade for some reason.
I shall investigate further

I rather like these, although they probably are a bit unfair. I find it handy when chasing someone and they go out of view and get killed by a teammate, saves me searching for them

and frag grenades are prevalent throughout the "classes" I can see how it can prevent the exploit of spamming a smoky area with grenades, but it makes hurting anyone who can read it well very difficult

Skull icons: Meh, I ignore them anyway.
'Nade indicator: Get rid of it. It takes away all the fun of grenades, and with the cookage mod it'll make death 'nades too easy to avoid.
Spawn protection: Agreed, although as FatherJack said it'd be better if you didn't spawn right on top of the enemy. Having said that spawning in the next building does lead to some intense firefights.
Punish TKer: Meh, pretty rare on the 5punk games anyway, although I never tire of the kill thing that shows I shot myself in the head.

I'd also like to see the "crosshair turns red" thing taken out - what's the point of smoke grenades if the guns can magically "see" through them?
yeah that mod sorts that as well
so whats this nade cooking mod like then? can it just do nades and will the two mods work together?

Just cooks nades, not the smoke nades.
And yes, the 2 mods can work together at the same time
