At the risk of trying to organise yet another thing

Perhaps we should set a schedule for when people are gona play music. Grimmie seems to have stamped friday nights, and I'd be more than happy to do saturday lunch times.

To much, or perhaps a good idea?

seems like a good idea to have it organised for the people who are gonna play all the time so we know when to tune in for our faviroutes, and then when theres a time slot where someone else can volunteere to play every now and then

I could be persuaded in my vast lengths of free time to draw up a schedual of playing times and DJ's.. If of course you're really really nice to me, that is. Post up yer times here then? As far as I know the times are 6 - 9 and 9 - 12

at the moment i'm using a little excel sheet.

i have a mate looking at some cool scripting for doing the whole job (and then some)

the 6-9 and 9-12 slots are there for testing and seeing how it goes.

eventually i wanna get all the time split into 3 hour slots, with a limit on the amount of peak time people can get, but then stuff like 9pm to 9am is pretty fair, imo.

hehehehehe. That's not bad, but I think I went slightly further won tuesday, when I did 6 1/2 hours, then was forced to stop because I lost power, the software I use didn't remeber the server pass, and so I couldn't continue :(

Still, from 3 till 8, that's hardcore.

I think I'd rather go here and select Lounge, Noise and Experimental. (Edit: rather than folk music, that is)
Lounge: Think the gallery music on Take Hart
Experimental: Think the "keyboard" player in Dogs in Space
Noise: "My TV is broken"

Hardly a competitor for Radio 5punk, even the sensible categories are mostly rubbish.

I think he was specifically who I modelled myself on in our house of four students. There was Tim who always gave us 5 seconds notice his Mum was coming round (Neil), Andy who was generally a bit of a "pin-the-house-rules-on-the-noticeboard" type person (Rick), and Steve who actually brought girls back to his room (Mike), including one of our lecturers IIRC.

Andy: "Right, who's been sick on the noticeboard?"
Noise from upstairs: [bleeuuuurgh]
Andy: "Eeew, who's that?"
Tim: "Errr...I think it's Jack"
Steve: "In your room"

Happy days.
