Marauder Skill Requirements:
Energy Grid Upgrades Lv 5 - Changed From HAC4
Advanced Weapon Upgrades Lv 5
Racial Battleship Lv5

Black Ops Skill Requirements:
Jump Drive Calibration lv4
Cloaking Lv5
Racial Battleship lv5

Heavy Interdictor Skill Requirements:
Propulsion Jamming Lv5
Interdictor Lv4
Racial Cruiser Lv5

Electronic Attack Ships Skill Requirements:
Electronic Upgrades Lv5
Racial frigate Lv5

Tech 2 Battleships require Mechanical Enginnering lv4, Racial Ship Enginnering lv4 and Battleship Construction lv4 to build - Changed from requiring lv5 support fields

Heavy Interdictors Require Cruiser Construction lv5, support build skills at lv1

Not seen EAS BPs yet, but I'd guess Frigate Construction lv5, support skills at 1

Fab, Hallowe'en masks are supposed to scare the kids, not utterly terrify them. You'd get arrested for wearing that one.

Didn't black ops reqs get reduced to cloaking 4?
