It may just be me, but our team efforts all seem a little disjointed at the moment. Personally I feel I could be better employed if I had a specific role within the corp. So with this in mind I'll open this thread up to a bit of a discussion as to who is doing what.

My thoughts were that each member would have a role while on fleet ops (mining, hauling, rat picket) and a role while in station (refining, research, manufacture). I'm sure most people would probably pick up a secondary fleet role too in order to step in should we have a shortage of a certain job.

At the moment I would say I'm of equal value as a picket or a hauler, and can lend a little help mining.

I understand that we're not all going to be there all the time and so it might not practical having everybody specialised, but I for one would like a firm direction to be heading in.

What are everyone else's thoughts?

Definatly a good idea. That was half the reason I 5cheduled a meeting on saturday, but with half the corp missing, it kinda floped. So, in lue of that (and this fresh request for it) Here's a list of what I'd like everyone to be aiming to do in an ideal situation:

As for in the bases, those of you with roles, I'm happy to keep it that way. That old saying, if it ain't broke don't fix it, comes to mind.
