You prolly have thought this thru completly already.. but you should boot all of the Hobo related toons from NR on principle. They were shortsighted and didn't think of the reprucutions of their actions.

Now, they are trying to walk the line and it can only end badly for all those involved. I wouldn't put it past em to be thinking "Fuck it, i'm out already.. if I can't make it work this way then there is no loss, and if the corp. loses its rights because i'm doing this.. fuck it because I would have been out either way."

The more I am exposed to them the more i'm glad they went their own way. They could be the best people in the world, but they live with blinders on and can't see more then the tip of their nose infront.

Feel free to disregard anything i've said, but this is what I see...

But yes I agree, there is a risk of them not giving a toss what happens to NR, and behaving accordingly.

Ya, I think I was a forum-warrior in a former life... I had to stop myself from stooping to their level (much). I'm confident everything is under control, so no worries here. Hell I (currently) don't even have a toon down there but I would hate to have it eff'd up for everyone else... and I realized that carrying on wasn't improving the matter.

Btw, my alt will be ready soon (tm) to start heading down there and playing with ya'll.

Two things Butter doesn't know that I know:

1. MC know who all the alts are. I told them ages ago.
2. I talk to MC High Command almost every day.

The whole running of NR is completely transparent to MC. They'd not be so dumb to let a random alt corp right into the middle of their space without knowing exactly what was going on. Frankly BD is an idiot for thinking otherwise, but we already know he's an idiot.

As of 48 hours after that post (which I copied to Algey), all Hobos alts have been kicked from NR. The only person who remains is Jon Hawkes who is currently undecided about going back to Hobo's. Supay's alts may rejoin NR if he leaves Hobos.

That's what I was trying to convey on their board.. and it was like talking to a brick wall. You sir could be an evil overlord if you chose to use your powers for evil rather then good.. and that's respectable.

Travey + Tracey are almost pulled out (about an hour or so before my new corp can accept em), La Vitoria has been pulled out of 5punk aswell.

I've been stripped of access from everything that matters on their forums. If there is any juicy tidbits ya'all will have to cut/paste as I can't check. I can't say i'd blame them though, as I was telling them that they were only in it for themselves and I guess it hit a little too close for home.

Only thing I regret about the split is the took Jimmy with them.
