Are HL2 and EP1 seperate keys?

If so, I'll be interested in EP1, due to originally playing a sweeped copy, and it would be nice to round off my collection.

A friend of mine would like EP1 if there's one going.

I got a spare hl2, but to get enough people to take them I think we'll have to find a new jungle tribe and get them up to speed very quickly, that or convince the amish that fancy technology/violence are good things.

I'll have HL2 and Ep1 for grabs, but first dibs are for a mate at work who I swap games with a lot.
