Boss sent our a dept. wide email yesterday saying clear our schedules for a 'special' project after lunch today...

He gets us all together and informs us they as a dept. we have been slacking on the eye-gouging part of our job (dealing with returned mail and contact information) and had us clear our schedules so we can do a dept.-wide crackdown on it....
