some console thingy?

hey, how does the guy get the names to show up so quickly when he looks at the T at the end of
this video? is it something i can change via the console because mine take a second to come up, think it would give me bit of an advantage when playing in dark areas

an update to Steam a few months ago changed the speed at which the names come up, it confused me at the time which is why I remember it. Perhaps it's a vid made from before the update happened

Its an old video. Names used to pop up instantly until valve changed it in a patch.

the hitboxes are messed up but i wouldn't of gotten so many kills in if they weren't so i'm not complaining
