Dunno why, but I can't get that to work, d/l'd the lowdowner, unblocked it from working because its from another pc, it does nothing, sits on 0%

Wait, its just going really slowly and the taskbar thingy still says 0% even though its chugged along to about 20Mb, which to my mind is about 2%

Edit 2- it was background downloading, which is throttled apparently, view>preferences>clicky the box for don't throttle blah blah if your impatient like me.
