My Mum was being all serious today, saying I should read the news more and not be so flippant all the time, but I think I managed to lighten the mood:
GrandmaJack: [Reading from the local paper] A man was killed near your street last night.
FatherJack: mm?
GrandmaJack: Yeah, crashed his car, rolled it on its roof and killed himself.
FatherJack: oh
GrandmaJack: Yes, London Road, right outside the cemetery.
FatherJack: That's convenient.
GrandmaJack: pffffft!

Coventry. Everywhere's got a London road, except possibly London. Not all of them have cemetaries on though, granted.

I don't have a London Road. Should I make one, or just move to somewhere with one?

Theres a London Road in leicester too. Kinda near a cemetry.
I think this thread should be renamed to the "london road and cemetry" thread.
