as berk pointed me to it last night, i do not need a new pc, i need a new graphics card to play Bioshock. wich is alot cheaper. anyway, i know i have AGP, so i'm outdated, but what would you reccomend?

The best AGP cards you can buy are the X1950 Pro and 7950 GS.

As always, It'll come down to budget.

Your motherboard is a MSI K8N Neo2, which only has AGP support, but that's not too much of a problem.

Look at this any of those cards will be a massive improvement over what you currently have. (all support SM3.0, so bioshock capable)

However, with any of those cards you may have PSU issues (it's probably worth looking at the PSU to work out the make and model)

A 7800GS might be good bang for buck, and they'll definitely run Bioshock quite nicely.
Also, it may very well not require a PSU upgrade - mine is running on a 250W PSU.

Is it the factory OCed flavour? If so, I can vouch for their goodness - at least, the one in my Shuttle's been great.

I can attest to this, my AGP Overclockers 7800GS runs bioshock very nicely, as well as pretty much anything else of note knocking about at the moment.

I went to the post office t'other day with some badly wrapped motorbike handles, got told I had to go away and re-wrap it in a more sensible fashion, or pay an excess because of the unusual shape, I put it in a big ass box, then got told I had to pay more because the box broke some pre-defined size limit, cunts.
