Is it a bird, is it a plane? No, it's the next WWII shooter in the Medal of Honor series, this time casting players as a paratrooper who can literally jump into the action anywhere he wants. But is the game any good? Check inside to find out!

Ah - I wondered why BioShock didn't have AntiAliasing.

Might grab this on the way home - even if it means I start getting WWII flashbacks, depends what else I see.

The demo was fun, but i can't help but feel its more console based. Which they always have been.

I give it meh out of 10.

Mainly because I refuse to redo a section 18 times because the auto-save thing is shit.

Oh yes, the review mentioned it was console-style saves at designated points only. Which sucks.

Oh look, I'm a US soldier and I'm shooting Germans. :bored:

It does look quite pretty though and plays well just nothing new so far.

I'd give it pretty and plays well enough. However, of all the magical new things they've done.

air drops - Has been done in a few different ways before, but never like this.
gun addons - meh, been done.
health system - cod2 but tweaked.

on the plus side, helmets come off, just like they did in the first MoH game.

The leaning system annoyed me, but it's probably something you could get used to.

I installed a sweeped version yesterday night and I like it.

Nothing special, but what's there is rather polished, gun additions are meh, but good as it horses you to use different weapons to see what the benefits are.

The k98 with the polished bolt makes it a rather good weapon.

Leaning system reminds me of Time Crisis, and I really like it, mainly as you can lean forwards over stuff.

Still prefer it to COD2 so far though, although it's not a patch on COD1.

UPDATE TIME GO:

Completed it.

Twas really quite good until about 3/4th's of the way though, when it introduced Elite Nazi's, wearing black SS uniform and gasmasks, and carrying and firing MG42's from the fucking hip, and having the health of about 10 normal troopers.

All realism out of the fucking window. At this point the game failed, although the final mission is rather epic.

It is rather short though, I've done it in under 10 hours on normal difficulty.

It's polished though and presentation is good, and they have got the damage modelling correct finally. Just nothing special, and loses a star for the stupid nazi uber trooper fuck up.

Grabbed it this week, there's 1.2G update for it now, but that's mostly new MP maps. Will have to give it a try later.

Seems like the patch didn't include not sucking. Upon dying during any point in the first mission, you have to start right back at jumping out of the during any point in the first mission, you have to start right back at jumping out of the during any point in the first mission, you have to start right back at jumping out of the during any point in the first mission, you have to start right back at jumping out of the during any point in the first mission, you have to start right back at jumping out of the dying during any point in the first mission, you have to start right back at jumping out of the plane.

If you read that without being bored, this game's for you.

It made my eyes go funny and I gave up. I'll leave it alone, never really piqued my interest, not like reading news about a baldurs gate 3!
