How do

Post by nunoncastors »

It has been suggested that I register here by my mate Tom - who no doubt has a pseudonym - because I share his delight in shooting people in the face over the tubes and he reckons I'll find it a laugh.

Also, I suspect, it's because he wants to lord it over me with his superior gaming skills. The swine.

Anyway, hello to one and all. How's things/

Harro!

For some reason I look at the word nunoncastors and think it's something I should be building in Supreme Commander. Maybe I've just been playing it too much.

"Shit, they're building loads of Siege Bots. Better throw up a few more nunoncasters!"

Well, thank you for those warm nuts in my face, it feels as though I've finally come home. Though, in truth, the :pie: was a marginally more pleasant greeting. Apologies if this is an insult to your culture, please don't explode yourselves in protest.

War crimes!

Speaking of which, the shooty games I indulge in are TFC - or at least it used to be, can't wait for TF2 - CS:Source - I'm rubbish - and a bit of Quake. Once upon a time I was really rather good, now I tend to run into my own grenades, fall down chasms and generally do far more damage to myself than to the enemy.

Still, practice makes perfect eh?

Harro thar!

Glad you made it along. Xfire is a useful tool when it comes to joining mates in servers, and abusing people while they're playing other games too. Unfortunately, it also logs the hours you play each game, for all the world to see.

(I'm Tom by the way, for those that don't yet know)

Also, we used to have a bit of a motto for our collective online gaming prowess: "5punk, we're shit". If we had a list of requirements to join, skillsorz at gaming would be at the bottom.
