Steamy is trying to
raise funds internally for our little jaunt on 24th August. It'll be worth it, but we're very unlikely to get it back. The corp wallet has around 1.5bill sitting idle that we could donate. I'll run the poll for 5 days, and go with the majority vote.

narf, if we arent doing anything with it, as in its not the corp ORE Capital/Carrier/Dread/Bacon+string fund or suchlike, and we dont need it per se, then i have no problem with donating. You will get 1.5bill of 'fun' wont you? (i say you, because i'm unlikely to be around, depending on how long the fun will last)

don't mind me been on my chopper more then eve so not all there. what is this money going to be used for? if its for a worth while cause i vote sure.
also how does this effect the ship program thingie you got going?

It shouldn't effect the bs insurance programme much - for the numbers we're talking that'll only use 2 - 300mill tops. narf the isk is sitting idle against a rainy day and I'd rather it gets used for something funky.
We still have another bill tied up in a loan to Jack for his 5punk R&D POS, and all the NR infrastructure is ours so we're not exactly poor, but this is the only liquid isk we have, which is why I want everyone's opinion before donating it to the alliance.

I say go for it but keep a contingency back. Tbhat rainy day may still come along after all....
I'm hoping to be onlinr the w/end of the 24th. I've been following events here, but not on alliance forum so probably not fully informed but hope to see you all there!
