how much is the cd? and how much is the monthly fee?

With that you get a free 10 day trial. I pay monthly, at about £9 a month, but you can pay in larger blocks, like 2 months, 4 months etc and it works out a little cheaper each month.
When you register you also get the first 30 days for free!
