I'll bring to bear on the guy closest to me on one. I will aim for his head on two, and fire a burst on three.

I'll aim for the chap closest to me, assuming the guys filling us with lead are three in a row, we can say Deject takes Mr. Right and I'll take Mr. Left.
I'll convey this to the team as quickly as I can through the comms - leaving the rest of the squad to pick and name targets.
I'll bring to bear on my target on 1, aim on two, fire full auto on four.
Making a Dex check to flip my laser sight on before I bring to bear, too.
Dex
6,9 +10 = 25
Would I be using goggles or my sight for this?

Do I need to bring to bear? I thought that was just pointing the gun in roughly the right direction, not "aiming" as such.
If I do need to bring to bear, I'll do that on Mr Middle on 2, aim for the noggin on 3 and full auto on 4.
If I don't need to bring to bear, I'll aim on 2 and full auto on 3.

If you're going to aim at a particular guy I'm pretty sure you will have to bring to bear. If you wanted to do suppressive fire (i.e.: spray at an area) you probably don't have to.

For shooties, the minimum you need to do is..
1) Bring to bear
2) Pull the trigger
If you do those, you fire with a -3 wild-shot negative.
1) Bring to bear
2) Aim at a man
3) Pull the trigger
Gives you no aiming negatives.

Note to self; Draw Grimmie in a bear suit.

As pretty much said, before you can fire at a target you need to bring to bear on them. A combat phase is only .6 of a second remember. A couple of exceptions to this are:
Ambush - if you know where the enemy will appear, like from behind a wall or up from behind cover, you can make a dex check to bring to bear for free. That's a house rule.
Suppression - If you're spraying an area with suppressive fire you don't need to bring to bear.
Bringing to bear or aiming, it's really just semantics. You're pointing your gun at the other guy.
Grimmie: Up to you which sight you use. There's a lot of light now Joose has put his lamps on, although it's directed so there's also a lot of shadows. Natural light is a -1 penalty, none for UV, -2 for IR.
The difference in vision, for those who haven't read the house rules, are that UV acts like night vision, and IR acts like thermal. This has the game effect of UV reducing darkness modifiers, but being ineffective in total darkness (it needs some light to amplify), while IR is a set -2 modifier regardless of light conditions because of the low resolution and lack of natural contrast.

With my mighty vision, I'll probably be okay just using natural light - I'll forego my sight unless the place goes dark again.

I'm going to Ebb Flash and project it forwards - hopefully it will blind a few of them:

Yes and no. He told me at work today that his net connection pooched itself last night, so he might not be able to update for a bit.
On the other hand, he also pointed out that Eraser has a bright light phobia. And we are all letting off bright lights.
Doggers: He has done himself a composure test, and apparently resulted in the "get away from the source of your fear as fast as possible" result, so he says he will be spending at least the next few combat rounds trying to GTFO. I'll leave it up to you how you want that to happen, mind.

The cowardly Stormer.

I think it's safe to say that he'd back into a corner of the elevator at this point then.

Lucky for you guys he got the 'run away' result, otherwise he might have been swinging his chainaxe at K'Trr...
As it happens he launches himself upwards in an attempt to climb out through the hatch. Also lucky is that I forgot the grille was closed. Never mind.
The guy with the goggles flinches in all the light, the other two spray the elevator. The skinny guy doesn't do anything.
Phoebe can make a detect roll as she breaks from the elevator.

Detect (4) 10+4 = 18 hoooray.

Out of the corner of your eye you spot a very large guy waiting by the entrance to the elevator. He's out of sight of everyone in there.
K'Trr is hit by 1 10mm STD and 1 10mm HEAP
Phoebe, Grimmie, Eraser and Dirk are hit by 1 10mm HEAP each.
Deject, on the floor, isn't hit.
10mm STD: 5 PEN 8 DAM 2 AD
10mm HEAP: 7 PEN 10 DAM 2 AD
