And a herd of random animals crossing the road.

Oh yes, I'd like to look for anything somewhat heavy and large, but nothing incredibly heavy.

Perception (4) + Intuition (4): 3, 1, 3, 1, 2, 3, 1, 6: 1 hit.

I'm thinking about either tossing something at one of the cars or try to block their path.

N-zo removes the shock-lock rounds and reloads his Shotgun.
N-zo wrote:Okay John, lets see how fast you really are
First car that comes close to us is having its auto drive hacked to take over and crash.

Jon buries the throttle and leaves a large skidmark on the road

When Joose has given me my Drone-Dice-Pool reference card, I'll go about shooting some tyres out.

I've just skimmed so I maybe missed someone ringing kitsune -
Frank wrote:Right, now things get interesting. Al or N-zo, you fancy making the call to kitsune? You two pissed him off least I think!
Have a roll - Init - Reaction 6 Intuition 4 = 10, 4 hits

I'll take out the stick n shock from the rifle and place good old fashioned death bullets in. Then head toward the gun port facing the chase cars with rifle and shotgun to hand.

Can I have a distance to chase cars and their speed relative to ours, my eye laser range finders should be capable of presenting me with all this automatically I think, if not then what would the roll be?

Just to let you know, my car has firing ports on the left and right with a 90 degree viewport.

Do I have a number for Kitsume? Am I being distracted by chasing cars?

I take it picture is meant to pop-up? I can't see it.

I may well have to get Frank to open the back door to shoot at the patrol cars. Get another firing port put in the back doors Grimmie!

We have the number to call his aide on once we are on our way with the girl

Does evasive driving also involve trying to lose someone?

Jon drives sets off accelerating as hard as he can, whilst whistling casually to himself

In lieu of tossing barrels in their way, I will fire off a stream of flame at their tires! (I'll aim at the closest car's closest tire.)

Flamethrower horse 5 (DV: 5)

Magic (6) + Spellcasting (6) + Combat Spell (2): 4, 1, 2, 3, 5, 2, 2, 2, 5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 6: 4 hits.
Drain Resist: 3, 2, 4, 4, 1, 5, 6, 5, 4: 3 hits, for 2 stun.

Having seen your posts, im guessing none of you have read through the chase combat rules. Having looked through them myself, im not surprised, they are rather wordy and unclear. Ive put a post on the wiki explaining it in regular english as best I can, but for the moment:

Those of you driving vehicles do a vehicle skill test.
Drones that are not being directly controlled also need to do a vehicle test.
Everyone do an initiative test (including drones).
Then we work out what happens like regular combat.
If deject posts the dice rolls for actions he is taking in three turns time, Leland will find himself slipping into a brief coma :)

Well, I did roll for initiative, and the lack of updates is every bit as annoying I assure you. :P

We've three cars, who is being chased by what? I've not read the rules because I don't know if I need to.

Well, at the moment the two patrol cars are bearing down on all three of you, as they turn the corner towards you just as you are about to set off. Who follows who depends on what happens next, really.
I've not read the rules because I don't know if I need to.
Extremely short version: Its basically identical to normal combat, except with some bonus rules if you are one of the people behind the wheel of a car. As you are driving the limo, that includes you. Don't panic though, it basically just boils down to you doing an extra test before initiatives are rolled against your driving skill to see if you crash or not.

Ah right, I see. I thought we'd already gone our seperate ways. Driving rolls you say. I hope I've got a skill for that.
