The little robot is knocked sideways by the blast, but it skitters on its feet and carries on coming.

Balls, what am I doing? I have never acted on three. Must be combat rusty still. I'll be aiming on four then..

Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
I'll fire!
Rifle (8) + RoF (3) - Wild Shot (3) - IR Sights (2) - Small Target (2): 8, 7 + 4 = 19
Auto/Support (5): 8, 7 + 5 = 20
That should take out the last Scarab on the ceiling I think.

And how. The full burst of HESH tears it to pieces, the remains clattering to the ground.

Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
Christ, okay. I guess I'm bringing to bear on one of the bad guys instead.
Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
Phase 5 then please. Grimmie, you can only see the grasping limbs of the armoured guys from between the wrecked equipment. They don't appear to be moving in fighty ways.

Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
I'll try throwing one of my concussion grenades near the armored chaps.
Unskilled (-3): 2, 5 + -3 = 4

Scatter (2d10): 7,6 Total:13

Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
Damn you for making me look up those rules. The grenade falls far short, hitting a hanging sheet near where the remaining Scarab started off. Since the timer is set to 3 seconds it doesn't go off until the end of next round.

Right fin, lets full auto at this scarab on the floor.
Rifle skill+shotgun+rof-small target-moving target=5
Roll(2d10)+5:
10,4,+5
Total:19
Autosupport 0 = -2 so that is a total of 12

Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
The wild burst peppers a pretty large area, but amongst it all the Scarab buckles and rolls to a halt.
Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
I think we can come out of bullet time now. The two guys in armour don't appear to be in any position to fight and everyone else in the room looks to be rushing around in a panic.

Grimmie is crestfallen. Bertha laments his slow acting with a stern, cold, steely stare.

I'll stride in a few extra feet and wave Bertha around.
There's a short pause.Grimmie wrote:All right, all right. Come on, get where we can see you - hands on your head and kneeling on the ground, and I won't have to blow any arms off.

Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
I'll switch my armor to the Flying Jelly Attack livery and join Grimmie.
Come on people, let's all settle down. Your operation is finished, don't make it worse for yourselves.
Re: SLA Industries: Hunting the Machine
As Grimmie strides into the room and starts his rhetoric, Deject's grenade goes off. Phys roll please Grimmie.
