Figure I may as well run towards Deject too even though it might take ages. Btw, one more question, are the things ( i forget what they are called) in the alley way that exchanged stuff with exploded head dude destroyed as well? Or, we cannot tell yet?

Well then I'll just roll for my phase 5 shot then.

Rifle (8) + Scope (1) + Bipod (1) + Laser Painter (1) - Range (2) - Running (3) = +6

8, 7 + 6 = 21

On 4 the bloke, still running, fires a wild burst towards Deject. All shots go wide. He then tumbles as Deject's second shot hits him in the chest.

I think we can come out of bullet time now.

Oh, and the residents of Rust Alley are looking startled but unhurt.

I'll give him a shot of Kick Start and Pain Solver, and see if he wakes up. Hopefully we can keep him alive, but I doubt he's worth using Dirk's Ebb healing on.

While I wait for the drugs to kick in, I will search him for whatever he has.

Nah, he dies fairly quickly. He has a few hundred uni, a smoke grenade, the DarkNight SMG he was carrying, a transparent ceramic DarkNight blade, a couple of spare mags for the SMG, a couple of doses of Kick Start, and a flare. The other guy has pretty much the same.

Roman: Since you left two dead guys have appeared.
