Well, many already have. As the Subs scatter to the various exits in the Forge, they leave behind a scene of carnage. Don't remember what the stats for hotline are.
I think it disables power armour for 15 seconds, and stuns (with a -20 Dex check to resist) for 30 seconds.

Hahaha, nice. The hotline round works a treat, zapping the shit out of him and leaving him stunned and twitching on the ground.

Indeed, I am heading towards Dour. I didn't say anything because I didn't want Smiler to hear and potentially realise we have a Nec with us - I was worried he might try fleeing.

Well at the moment he's more flidding than fleeing. Dour is standing just around the corner, waiting.
