You mean in ep 10?, or a previous one.

If it's a previous one I'd like to know what I missed!

That's what remote desktop access is for, I started the download on my home machine about an hour ago. 8)

I use VNC tunnelled through SSH, for security and control purposes. But you could try this: http://www.logmein.com/
Not brilliant but it works if you just need to access now and then.

Yeah that's why I generally don't use it, I'm as paranoid as a hemp infested hippy sleeping on a bench in the bad end of town outside a police station.

Cheers though.

I use this, very handy, free and simple, I don't remote in that often but it's really useful for when I do as there is no set up involved

Ok, having watched the latest episode a question arises: Why didn't Memory Girl recognise Hiro when she met him in one of the earlier episodes?

I reckon either her memory was wiped by the Haitian, or she did recognise him but didn't want to say anything (I've been planning to watch that episode again to see what she says).

Maybe she forgot.

As they havent been specific about how the timetravel thing works yet, maybe she hadn't met him already yet, if that makes any sense at all.

If timetravel is ever successfully invented, they are going to have to make a shitload of new words. Normal English really isnt built for this shit.

See, no need for new words.

It could be the old parallel universe thing, which resolves the whole grandfather paradox, and would explain why she didn't recognise him. Anyway, I think it's fair to say the technical aspects of the show are hockey and don't bare close examination, they are best left unscrutinised and just enjoy.

:above: this. Its not about the Scienceā„¢, its about the characters. That, I think, is what makes it a refreshing change from the normal superhero type film.

Cor, episode 11 is ace.

And it has Claire running in slow motion, in her cheerleader outfit.

Oh yes.
