The "9" doesnt work cuz of the addition of "return fire" if i remember correctly. But, if you dont have 9 designs with enuff to return fire...he might be able to win cuz of more damage done by having his 9th ship setup to target destroyers only so it wont attack and therefore "stay alive"...bah...guess i'll hit the forums later but I made 9 designs just in case. I dont want those F'rs to win anything...

I only have 36,050 Ziton and you need 50,000 to choose the striker tech. I wouldnt think they have it yet...
