Well that was a hell of a weekend
Set off friday night for an alliance roadtrip, BS.I is the only one to turn up, and upon leeroying into HED I dodge the camp there fine, move to the edge of the bubble to warp off, and have some random neutral warp in at just the right point to de-cloak me. Rapier pops, they pop him, they pod him. So much for the +4s
Saturday rolls over, tracking disruptor changes are announced, I take one look at em and realise that's minmatar fucked hard in the ass by a 7' black guy. bad mood insues. Tabula Rasa trial is obtained
Sunday I sleep in, get up after lunch to play more tabula rasa, then log on about 4:30 for a corp directors meeting. Kat and Wolf make it official that they're steping down from leadership positions, leaving us needing a new CEO.
7:30 general corp meeting starts, Kat explains to everyone what's going on with him and Wolf, then we move onto ok, COW has died, how what do we do and lots of discussion and map consulting later we setting on nicely asking a few alliances we like for one reason or another if we can join. Last order of buisness is
We need a new CEO, who should do it and without so much as saying I'd like the job, everyone votes me in. Bastards.
Shortly after that I send PMs out to people asking if they can convo me when they've got 5 minutes spare.
So, now it's monday. And the world seems far more comlicated than it did on friday when I just felt like an overworked director

Secretly you love it
I decided to run Billy's planted clone (just +2s) out of PB. 50+ Js to Goram
Of course I got chased by the requisite vaga, but anyone who thinks they're going to catch a shuttle in a cruiser has another thing coming. Then I picked up a more dangerous tail ... an inty. Still, he either couldn't instalock or he was just pants so I sped on. My goatsesense started tingling on the last 0.0 system and I fired off a forward sensor on warpin to the exit gate. 2 small bubbles. Bugger. Inty warped in behind me. web-scram-spam. Saved me the last 20J to Goram
Bought an Ishtar, all fitted and ready to move to supersectretrattingspot Alpha-one in the next couple of days.

Datacores: 250 mil
Blueprints: 30 mil
Jumping into low-sec blind in a blockade runner and losing 1.7 billion in potential profit when you couldn't right-click to try and warp out: Priceless
For some things, there's isk, for everything else, there's a low-sec camp with a hactor

Posting this mainly for my own ego.
It's now 0206, I am tired and elated. I own a Naglfar.

You own a ship made entirely from the fingernails and toenails of the dead?
I know it's a capital class, but I can't remember if it's a dread or a carrier, or perhaps even a super-cap. Congrats tho.

So what's the single biggest baddest ship in the eve universe? The titans of each race I'm guessing, but which one, and can you buy and fly these titans, or are they special npc things?

Motherships and Titans are the daddies of EVE, and yes you can pilot them if you can afford them. They are easy to kill at the moment with the way EVE has just turned into an exercise in blobbing, so I'd argue not worth bothering with.

I don't understand the term 'blobbing' and I'll not be bothering, I just thought I'd ask.

if you have a one man gang, and they have a one man gang, thats fine. if you have 1 and they have 10 thats fine (Well, its a gank, anyway) if you have 10 and they have OMGWTFHUNDREDS! then you have a gang, and they have a blob.

JUST?
try a year ago
I'm looking for a new training direction at the moment. Probably going to train up a hauler alt on my main account, as I have on Billy's so they can each serve their "mains".
Bomber is pretty maxed on Gal frigate, Gal cruiser, drone, SM&L Hybrid skills.
As so much of the last year has been spent offline though, I suppose Ishould just bask in the enjoyment of flying all those ships I've trained for but never actually flown :D

READY TO RAAAAAT
Bomber's now in ssrp alpha-1. I'd forgotten how terrifying yet exhilarating traveling through the 0.0/lowsec/empire border regions solo in something that took you weeks to earn can be.
Our old home is now inhabited by some dudes called the spider-something and they have a brazillion towers up and complex reactions and stuffs running, according to my scanner. Haven't talked to them yet, but I suspect it's a bit crowded, we'll see what their eu-tz presence is like
thinking of bringing out the hauling alt in an ittyV to use as a mobile sec container, but don't have a strategy for getting it back to a hub for offload yet. Anyway, if I can get earning, a dread / carrier wouldn't be out of the question in the mid-future

Since I know where you are, I can tell you that in one week, I earn't the isk there to spend 450 mil on Silvers hulk. Then I got lucky with a faction spawn and fitted the thing out, while buying and pimping a sleipnir.

hmm, I'm not doing aswell so far, but the rats do flow. moved off up the pipe a couple as ssrp A-1 was a bit crowded and dudes online in there all the time. not that they were unfriendly, but they do have sov and they didn't give up any "welcome, rat the shit out of our system" or anything. The alliance that holds sway there at the moment only has 3 systems on that pipe so I moved across the border to the next one and so far no locals (although some dudes do have sov, but perhaps they're not so active)
Looking at the sov map there's a gap further in ... what's in anemiesia (sp?)?

Eh, when I was down there not so long ago, they didn't give me a warm welcome either, but I did say I was there to pillage the fuck outa their belts and they were welcome to try and stop me. 20 mins later a megathron apeared, I tried to engage with my vagabond, he fagged off.

yeah, I can imagine
first off, I'm nothing like as comfortable threateing PvP in eve as you and second, it really is crowded in there with only 6 or 7 belts (reducing to 5 if you don't use the top or bottom ones), plus next door (couple of jumps towards our old stations) it is queter; on for an hour last night and only one dude, and he ignored me and pootled off again after <1m.
Oh, and I found out the difference betwen speed tanking and MAR tanking (cap can't sustain both) to the cost of 15% of my structure and 3 T2 heavies
Answer;
distance / MAR against cruisers / BC
15km orbit with MWD around your secondary BS target against multiple BS bs spawns (allows faster drone recovery in the event of tank breaking whilst maximising angular transversal against guns and speed against cruise etc)
With a full tank instead of nanos / i-stabs it would be sit there and let it all bounce off me, but I'm glad of the instawarp.
anyone knw what imneasia is like and what rats are there? Not one of those drone systems is it?

It's angels afaik, but I've never ratted there so I dunno what the belts are gona be like.
