Oh, never mind. I for some reason thought I was in the same building. I guess I'll just head towards the center of the building then.HereComesPete wrote:You want to go where Joose is? Well, it'll be back out the way you came in, or use the door that's up some steps near the consoles you looked at earlier. Then across the yard to the office block.

That's where they are. Did my eye hurting map not sink in?
The storage rooms are in the plant, with the chemicals in one set of pipes to ferry detergent, etching fluid and so on to and from the warehouse. The other pipes with the storage rooms that hold uv tubes and felcher boards underneath are the air con pipes.
The effluent pipes are heavy gauge, high pressure and narrow diameter. The air con ones are low pressure and with a much larger diameter.
Everything you've looked at is all under the roof of the building you broke into by moving the louvres. On the map it's the block on the bottom left next to the warehouse.

lmao now I'm really confused. I wanted to break into the big warehouse. I'm guessing I'm in the little filtration plant next to the warehouse, which while nice, is not really where I need to be I think. Since I can't do much with the computers and the names of the chemicals, I should move on. Need to make rolls to get back out?

Which way are you looking to leave? Door? Climb back out? Take the pipe into the factory?deject wrote:lmao now I'm really confused. I wanted to break into the big warehouse. You open the door, it's a well appointed office. Lights are off, glow through the frosted window shows you that there's various pot plants, pictures and pen holders around the desk that faces the door. It's steel legged and glass topped, a small bin underneath. Smells of cigarettes and soykaf.Joose wrote:I'll open the door I knocked on. Carefully.

Any files/computerr equipment or anything like that lying around?HereComesPete wrote:Joose - want to do anything in the room you're in?
In fact, have a perception test, just in case there is something that catches my eye.
Intuition 3 + perception 3 + actively looking 3: 9 dice = 3,4,5,4,2,5,2,3,1. 2 Hits, not great.

Joose - Nothing catches your eye, but as you've seen the view of this room on the screen downstairs you know there's a camera in there somewhere, likely above the door like the last time you were in the building. There's no files out, the AR is locked down on the desk, a flickering screen saver of dirk the ebon attempting to bed a woman the only sign of activity.
As you move forward to look an alarm starts wailing across the yard from the factory. Bright yellow light starts strobing through the window and an ululating siren starts chewing at your ears, it's not subtle even inside the building behind the double glazing.
*********************************************************************************************
Deject - Where you're hidden under the pipes the alarm is deafening, there's a few frequencies you might never hear again. The strobing is high above you and although the light is intense it doesn't penetrate into your little hidey hole.
Moments later the door you're looking at bursts open, and a multitude of people burst out. They're all wearing blue robes and coughing heavily. An acrid smell and thick grey smoke follows them out. They start to shout and point, some of them go somewhat distant as they engage their AR, some cough and heave on the floor and others just wander off lighting up cigarettes and shaking their heads.

Can I see anything more about what's happening?Jon, to the rest of the team wrote:Errrr guys, we might have a situation here at the factory, the whole place just lit up like a fucking Christmas tree and noise like said tree has been shoved up a midget's arse and two of our boys are in there somewhere

At the distance you've stopped at you can't see anything specific, you do see a drone swarm starting to rise.
Joose - from in the room you can see a series of red and white painted drones climbing rapidly around the factory, looks like the firefighters have been activated.
Deject - One of the blue robes is waving at the others who've wandered off with a come back gesture.
