Toast stands behind deject, grinning, and playing with the fire from his thumb-lighter ability. He isnt saying anything, but hes being as menacing as possible, to encourage talking.
She looks at the corpses and starts to panic and wriggle.

Girl wrote:Mama lives up on the river. It's ever so nice up there. She lives in a nice house, it has a green door and carpets. The boys are real mean sometimes, but I showed them. One boy used to pick on me before I met Mama. Mama told me I had to show him I wasn't scared of him, so I cut his head off. My knife's real sharp now. Where did my knife go? Mama gave me that, she'll be angry if I lost it. Mama gets angry a lot. Do you want to meet Mama? She says we're not allowed to tell anybody where she lives. "Don't bring the heat back home" she says. Nobody does, Mama's scary but she looks after us.

The boys brought her back and Mama sent her to the back room. She never came back.
