Can I tell from the tatoos which clan the other guys are? In fact, with my knowledge of the Yakuza and Seattle night clubs do I know which way this club is affiliated?

You don't know for certain, but you can make some educated guesses.

The new guys are almost certainly Shigeda-gumi, based on their style of clothing and suchlike. By the fact that the suited guys came here, and the Shigeda guys welcomed them in and showed them in, it would seem that the club is probably Shigeda based.

Also, missed your question earlier about Tempo: You check with your contacts, and it turns out they dont know a whole lot about it. Its a new drug, one of the fancy new Awakened drugs that are getting people away from BTL's* and back to sticking things up their nose or into their arms. Nothing definative on what it actually does to you, as theres plenty of conflicting reports (as usually happens when something new hits the streets), but amongst other things it almost certainly gives astral perception, or something very like it.

*BTL by the way, stands for "Better Than Life", and is basically a simsense recording with everything turned up to 11. Obviously, because the sensations you get of them are INTENSE, people get hooked to them like drugs.

I'll pass on what little I found out about Tempo to the guys. The fact that those Shotozumi guys are awfully pally with the guys in the club smells distinctly fishy to me. If I knew that N-Zo had hacked into the club's systems I'd tell him to keep an eye and an ear on them.

I'll use Astral Perception to get a readout of the place, checking for any anomalies, especially on that door the suits just went through.

Also, I'd like to see if I can find that girl as well for two reasons. A) She probably knows a dealer and B) meeting hot singles in <insert> is fun!
