Your magic stone lights up as it soars through the air into the melee up in front, sparking and crackling as it smashes into Bogrot's fat face.
It shatters into sizzling shards of rock on contact, leaving his face bloody. He looks quite startled that he's just been pelted by a Gnome.

Thoroar, you're up, then the goblins go after you.

I'd like to Ghost Sound if I can into the back room where the orc came from the sound of a few humans shouting obscenities at the orc.

The goblins seem to think their boss has everything under control, and go to check out what made the noise.
Bogrot reels back and looks over his shoulder.
Bogrot wrote:Zur, what was that?
An orcish voice calls back from the far room
Orc wrote:Nothing! There's nothing here.
The goblins are less convinced, and go a bit crazy, looking for the angry, shouting humans, waving their maces around.
Goblin wrote:It was here! It was right here! Get them! Where are they?

Nobody at the moment, unless you want to run past Bogrot, but that will incur an attack of opportunity on you.
Remember your attack bonus with your bow is already +3 (+2 for dex, +1 for size).

In that case, I shall try to hit Bogrot:

1d20 + 2, +1 from Size, +1 from racial vs gobbos, -4 melee

16,+0 = 16

Damage

6,+0 = 6!

As long as it hits that is...

Edit: bah, Orcs are not Goblinoids - take 1 off my attack roll.

You just hit him, your arrow sinking into the meat of his shoulder.
He lets out another roar and pounds his hammer across the ground a few times.

Forenrond, yer' up!

if we want to get out of this cramped corridor while forenrend waits to hit them from behind then i can go back round the corner while 2 drop back into the room behind us and the other round the corner to the right? or i can go into the room behind us to try and act as a rudimentory meatsheald while the rest go round the corners to hit the from the side?

Please die Mr. Orc

Not sure if I would've been able to get my second blade out and had a slash with that, but will wait and see what happens anyway, then decide if I want to draw it in my remaining move action.

Christ on a trike. Ladies and gentlemen, criticals.

The giant Orc goes pale as you drive your blade through his heart, sending him toppling back with a creaking groan.
Viscera and a torrent of dirty red and black bile spill from his gaping chest wound, and he goes limp, letting go of his humongous hammer.

I'll pull back with my move action behind the rest of the three guys behind me. I'll leave my other blade sheathed and my bow on the floor for now.
Thor wrote:Phew, I'm beat, you guys should have no trouble with tha rest of 'em. Orovan, do ya have any of those Magic Berries left? I could sure use one right about now.

The civilians watch in horror, and with renewed vigour pick the last few logs from the fire to toss them, steaming, into the mud.

All is dark.

This is the lay of the land just before lights go out.

The berries heal 1hp each, I'll let you scoff them as a free action during your turn.

I think me, Roman and Pants have about the same +2-ish, but they've both still got their bows. I'll be staying behind Orovan so I can see with the light from his shield if that's sufficient for aiming, otherwise I'd consider going back and grabbing my torch from earlier.
