I'm always bobbing in and out of Eve so I'll likely be around. I'm currently in a corp that is permanently having war declared on it by a collective of griefers - srs bzns grfrs. Still having fun when I can actually un-dock all the same.

Yay, poke me when in game. I'm still in the X-5punkers channel on most characters as well, so that's always a good place to look first.

Hah, CCP have started posting details about the Christmas/10 Year gifts.

Snowball fights will be happening again soon! Yay!

Just a shame they've put in the new safety systems, as the best part of the last one was the accidental self-Concordoken by lots of players

Haha good times! I have fond memories of you organising the noob corp through excessive threats. Got me my first cruiser!

*Gets nostalgic*... Noooo must resist.

That wasn't one of the Thoraxes that got into a fight with Concord was it?

No that was Pli Cate, she started shooting at me to see what would happen and the CONCORD warped in and did my hard work for me.

Things have moved on, now we have voice chat I can frantically shout down the microphone rather than emote myself through text! Also my Hulk can bash an asteroid belt in about 2-3 hours so I am raking it in when I get time to mine. I can even afford to buy ships now.

Long term objective is to get my Sacriledge out of A-VILQ, THORN are holding it hostage at the moment.

Oh jesus, was that you? I remember you being inept, just not that inept. Shame, it was such a pretty Thorax.

Plenty of mining ops, I have 9 days of making 100mil per day (ladies) before connections 5 and then its POSzor time. Think of the Rifters! So, so many Rifters!

Fixed as if the Eve-o forums and various killboards are correct, the rusty x-wing is no longer the King of the Frigates.

Unfix my work! I command it!

Thats because they are all poofters, its not about omgwtfbbqpwnage, its about looking awesome while doing it. Everyone bitched about the stabber and the phoon but they are amazing ships if you fit them right. I could never fit them right though...

I loved my Rifters. I still have the interceptor equivalent (I forget the name) somewhere, probably in deep space where a POS used to be. My triple stabiliser blockade runner Stabber won the crown of best moment in Eve for me though when I escaped a two-man, four disruptor gate gank by pounding one so hard he turned his disruptors off thinking I'd have given up on warping out. Minmatar ships were the nuts - I should know, I was a Caldari.

Matari ships do kick arse when you have the right set up and skills. The Wolf was the assault version of the Rifter and it is a hard bastard when it wants to be, I still don't like taking them on unless I'm in something just as capable, like a carrier.

One thing I had no idea about was these Sansha Incursions and these rats are made out of ungodly stuff, they are smarter than your average bear too. You get all the disadvantages of fighting 0.0 rats in a Hulk with none of the advantages of bounties or item drops. I have actually had to tank my hauler alt's Bustard because they were taking it to bits.

You're using a hauler in incursions? :?

As an aside, the NPC AI update a couple of weeks back was fucking stupid. Rats now love to munch drones, so much so that using heavies and mediums results in their death in seconds of them leaving the drone bay, and lights don't last long either unless you keep them on a tight leash under 10km and you destroy all elite frigs with guns first. Nice of CCP to start implementing something as part of a wider system change when the system change is 6-12 months down the line. Also, NPC ewar is still crazy and you can find yourself permajammed by Guristas, essentially permajammed by half a dozen Serpentis damps, or having worse tracking than capital turrets when being TD'd.

I'm that manly... No I am mining and the incursion NPCs spill out into belts which is fucking annoying as there is no incentive for the incursion runners to clear them quickly or they end up spending most of the time running around EvE chasing the incursions.

The Incursion NPC's are stupidly hard for belt rats and they flood in from all over the place, it isn't too bad but when cruisers start warping in and neuting you while the frigates jam you is a pain in the arse. The saving grace is that they don't scram you and lock you down completely.
