Well I quite often get accused of drinking "nonce tea", so here's some of my favourites:
Darjeeling - It's quite light and refreshing (some people call it "the Champagne of teas", but they're just freaks). I don't like much milk in my tea anyway, but as Darjeeling is so light even a tiny drop of milk is enough
Ceylon - Slightly stronger than the above, nice flavour
Assam - A strong tea, only put enough milk in so that it turns the colour of rust.
Green Tea - I fucking love Green Tea, especially with Jasmin. As mentioned by others don't use boiling water with it. Not only is it nice, but it's good for you - full of anti-oxidants and helps break down monosodiumglutamates [sp?] (which is why you should drink it after a Chinese). Other nice variations are Lemon and Chamomile.
Chamomile - Bit of a hippy drink, but it is surprisingly refreshing.
Others:
Generally I love Herbal Tea. Particular favourites are Echinacea (good for the immune system), Rooibos (good for in the mornings) and anything with orange or ginger in it (spicy!)

Yorkshire Tea is my tea of choice when drinking black tea (the leaves, not as in without milk), and I am in good company when I say that the milk goes in after the water. Laziness disputes the "must be made in a pot" idea.
Other than that, Green Tea is ace. I'm currently drinking some lovely loose-leaf stuff brought back by a friend from china, and it is lovely. Failing that, fair-trade green tea with jasmine is my favourite of the hippie teas.
However, more often than not I'll choose coffee over tea. You can't beat a lovely cup of fresh espresso (coffee-shop employees - note the utter fucking lack of an x in that word). I used to share a house with a guy who had an ace espresso machine, and I can't wait to buy one again. Those silver stove-top jobbies just don't work for me - the taste is always disappointing and its far too easy to burn it. If I can't get espresso, then I make felcher coffee. The strongest of the fair-trade coffee is my favourite. With or without milk is an entirely whimsical decision for me, and I'll happily drink either.
