I found a gift card from years ago for Game that had a tenner on it (as it turns out - I had to ask them to check). So I got it for £20, sort of.

Argh, I'm roleplaying this game so much I keep forgetting to save!

Multiplayer is working again, bit weird trying to connect though.

I'm still only halfway through, and I was convinced my money was well spent during the first 20 minutes of gameplay.

I'm not really getting it. It's technically very good, but I'm just not feeling any soul to it. I feel like I'm just attacking outposts because I've nothing better to do.

Killing in your free time isn't something you get paid for.

That would mean I'm playing a serial killer with business leanings then. Actually, that sounds fun.

Really though, I think it's a game that needs an hour or 2 into it to get more fun, once you've found your style

As much as I enjoy fucking up guard posts and checkpoints I do wish that as you pushed one faction ahead of the other they took over the guard posts and you got areas of not having to fight at every crossroads. It would keep you guessing as to whether the truck driving toward you is going to try and fuck you up or not.

I have found much later on that occasionally people don't try to fuck me up, though it may be an issue of the range and guns they have.

I wasn't gonna buy this till I finished Clear Sky

Ive given it a good go now, and ive found that im spending my whole time spotting minor flaws, and pretty much no time enjoying myself.

Things Ive liked: sunrise and light on leaves.

Things Ive not liked: most of the rest of the game.

Ah well.

Can I has autosave plz?
