Spec me a new computer

If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

I'd like to jack in here and ask a favour

I'm struggling to get my new box up to speed and I'm on the scrounge for memory.

Does anyone have any pc333 DDR memory they can let me have/buy? I'm hoping a gig will suffice for now, if I can scrounge it all up

I have 2 x 512MB dimms in a draw at home which might be PC2700/DDR-333 or there abouts, I'll check tonight. If it is you can have it for the cost of shipping. I'll PM you once I've found out, or remind me if I forget.

If you remember, that's the one I had at the Lan, and the door fell off. I would suggest getting either something else, or not shoving it in your boot and knocking it while taking it out. Eighty quid is a lot of money for the door to just drop off like that.

yeah that was what put me off :P

the PC6070 has a chunky thick aluminum door, and not as much plastic.
Hopefully it will be more durable

will never fit in a rucksak tho like my shuttle :(
