I had problems trying to pay by maestro, and ended up having to use a VISA card instead. For some reason it kept saying "enter issue number or start date", despite me already having done so. I even opened (shudder) IE to see if that helped, but it didn't. Ty had the same problem too.

I have it, but haven't installed it. I put SF back on last night and it all went a bit wrong.

remember anything you install, you have to patch.
ideally you should install beef and all addons, then patch.
