I remember not feeling drunk the evening I handed my disertation in, despite having about 6 or 7 pints of snakebite, so I went for bastardly strong cocktails (I worked in the same bar so I was able to get a bit extra as I knew the people working) and snakebite with double vodkas in them...

After a hour or 2 of that, I felt like my body realised it was meant to be drunk

and felt wonderfully horrible the next day

Hehe, well the main celebration will be tmrw when I go to this fancy-dress cocktail party. One bottle of spirit and a mixer per person

Need to be bothered to come up with a costume still though

My housemate went on a pro-plus fueled 48 hour writing marathon after realising that he had 2 days to complete a 35k document, and he had so far completed the title page. He managed 28k ish, which turned out to be enough, and came with us drinking. Now, bearing in mind I have seen the guy down a full size bottle of asda smartprice vodka, and he regularly bought multiple shots at a bar to then pour them all into a pint glass, I saw him about an hour after we got the club. He had drunk very little, and was ranting about how he had met some lovely ladies, and couldnt find them again. I beleive he may have fallen over soon after, as I dont remember seeing him the rest of the night.
