Day 1: Wandered around, found nothing and no-one, all buildings barricaded, ran out of AP in the street
Day 2: Dead. Went into a church, there was another zombie there. Said Graaah! 10 times. No response.

Right, I'm heading towards Roachtown, just because I like the name. I'm kitted out with loads of ammo and I'm a bad ass zombie shooting mother crusher. I'll let y'all know when I get there and where to head to. In the meantime get some XP together and get some useful skills and I'll try not to be a zombie when you get there :)

EDIT: Got one district over and lost all my ammo rescuing some poor dumb bastard who was about to be eaten by an armoured zombie. Might take me a couple of days to get restocked.

Good plan,

It's taking me longer than I thought to level up but I'm definitely getting Free Running before leaving my safe location, I keep venturing out for a look and to axe the odd Zombie, I think I have pretty bad luck though cos I only hit about 1 out of every 10 attacks :(

Edit: Dogpants, my Zombie is in Roachtown outside Travers Lane PD, there's loads of Zombs around this area, I'll have a look around for a less Zombiefied bit, ZOMBG im a spy!

Edit, Edit: If you're well armed and can barricade a building then Roachtown is the place!!, No large groups but small (up to 9) zombie collections every 2 or 3 blocks

Ooh, nice. Won't work for me at work (which is where I usually make my turn) but good find.

Roachtown might be a little crowded but we can give it a go. Groups of 9 or so probably aren't organised, they'll just be sticking together for safety. Unfortunately our presence will probably increase the numbers there as our rambling friends come in search of juicy 5punk brains.

Good work with the spying though Bobbins :)

I'm hold up in a safe house 2 suburbs away from Roachtown at the moment. I'll work my way there when I'm a bit tougher, it's not safe being out there as a necrotech. I should get free-bumming as soon as I can.

Edited the Wiki page with links to myself and Anham. These can be used to add each other to our address books.

Now in Richmond Hills. Took out a zombie along the way, but I barely managed to get to cover for the night. There was 6 zombies after me when I got inside so I jumped to the next building. Thing is this one's not very well defended, so I hope they don't realise what I did.

I've finally got free running so when i'm at full AP i'll start heading North.

I've been in a PD for days so have loads of ammo (but no gun! :shakefist: )

My Zombie spy reports that areas surrounding Roachtown are fairly Zombie heavy, no huge groups but most blocks have zombie activity. We'll need someone with construction if we decide to hole up there, either that or everyone will need free running and we find a building already barricaded.

DP: let me know exactly which building you're in and i'll send Zombspy to check if it's safe :)

I'm in Deacon Bank, and will be until tomorrow now I suspect.

Anham, the Craigie, Wicksted, Needs and Lodder buildings are necrotech centres in Wyke Hills. Hang around them and I suspect you'll be revived pretty soon. There's a list of official revive areas somewhere on the Wiki site but I can't find it at the moment.

EDIT: Just checked out Roachtown on the map and the way the buildings are placed you can have access to 4 police stations, 2 hospitals and a fire station without having to leave a building (with freerunning of course).

EDIT EDIT: Here's the reviv points http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Rev ... tion_Point

I'm currently heading for the Yagoton Rev centre, having been lovingly nibbled by a zombie whilst I slept.

I'm heading south for Roachtown, but slowly. I'll post my safehouse location on here whenever I kip down. I'll keep an eye out for buildings we can get into and it'll save you time looking for them so you can concentrate on getting some XP for freerunning :)

I'm in the fire station in Roachtown, but I am a zombie :(

everyone head for rhodenbank. almost no zombies and its VERY secure. you can only get into buildings if you have free-running. also has plenty of everything.

I headed directly east for a district and took out 2 zombies on my way before I ran out of pistol ammo again. Spoodie, there's a couple of them hanging around your location and about ten around where I am (Skilliter Library, Richmond Hills) but you should be able to get in here.

I've headed east because Roachtown and Rhodenbank are both that way. Where do we want to set up shop guys?

Roachtown: Central, well stocked, lots of zombies (possibly organised)
Rhodenbank: Outskirts, very well stocked, few zombies.

Roachtown's more high-risk high-gain, but we could make Rhodenbank our own.

good call dogpants, I doubled my XP on the way scanning fresh zombies but I've still got quite a way before I can get freerunning and I'm not much use as a necrotech until I level up my lab skills so I can use a syringe to revive zeds.

We could go to the outskirts until we are higher level but I'm not bothered either way, the more zombies there are the more I can DNA extract and get XP

*reads book* :likesitall:

ive just been on a zombie hunt in rhodenbank. found nothing but bodies, and only about 30 of them. im getting all my xp by healing people. any1 coming to rhodenbank, freerunning is a MUST.

there are 4 necro buildings here, so plenty of revive oportunities. you need free running to get in though.

I've found a safe place in the Wormald Building in Brooke Hills. Most of the buildings are open and some have zombies in them. There's also a small group of zombies about to crack open the police station here. Spoodie, there's a necrotech building one block north of you but there's a zombie in it.
