Fair enough, slush funded it is.

The bin you put the body in retracts into the wall with a nasty metallic screeching noise, and Stinkys little viewport closes up.

So what next?

What's the deal with SINs? I've got a couple so I can safely hand this one over, but if I have to buy a new one every run I'm not going to make much in the way of profit.

You dont need to burn them *every time*, it depends on how much of a mess you left behind. Probably worth me writing a little mini-guide/FAQ for them, actually.

Well I'll pass this one on to N-Zo anyway, since he's the expert. I can afford more, just not loads more.

So, you arrive at the meet with deej's contact, Benedict, and he pops in the back of the van to take a look. He peers at the body for a moment, then puts on some glasses. After taking a closer look, he stands up, takes off his glasses, and polishes them as he talks.
Benedict wrote:Ah, yes. The Invae, or Insect Spirit. This looks to be an attempt at a merge. You see, the Invae cannot survive in the physical realm without a host, usually a metahuman who has been specially prepared. Sometimes the result is a True Form, resembling a giant insect. Sometimes the result is a Good Merge, retaining the physical form of the host as well as all its memories. Other times, you get this. A Flesh Form. Parts of the nature of the insect imprinting itself on the body of the host. Most unpleasant. It would appear that the merge was interrupted by whatever caused the fire. If there is a hive in town, it may be the right time for me to take my vacation. Its been a while since I have visited my friends in Europe.
He looks up at Leland.
Mr Wilmot, if I might have a word in private?
I'll PM you with what he says, Deej.

Shall we go get our money? I think we've completed our alloted task. I'll set up the meeting. Hopefully by then Leland will have done his thing and can tell us if there's anything worth investigating with our insect girl.

Aside from the fact that it's here in the first place there isn't much of interest at all. This insect spirit shit is Bad Stuff™ and that means there is probably a hive of them somewhere. We should dump the body and shit ourselves in fear try to find out if there really is a hive and if it's too late to kill it hard.

Likelihood is the ares fireteam that was mentioned at the doc wagon clinic got told about the body and are already sorting out satellite death or another nuke to flush out the spirits.

We need to get shot of the bug body too now it's been confirmed. Back to stinky? Then payday? Possibly this bug spirit stuff is too big for us and we need to get this shit passed to a bigger organization.

Yeah I don't know if we should get involved or not, but I am getting the suspicion that we're going to get involved somehow whether we like it or not.
