It's been bumbling along really quite badly, recently. They just seem to be dragging out the current plot lines, adding a few more vaguely interesting ones and completely failing to GET THE FUCK ON WITH IT!

I can see that happening, but I hope for the believability (a strange word I know, given it's heroes) that it doesn't, sylar being where he was, the boring mexicans, the son dad evil man kid in coma thing, its so fucking contrived it hurts. If it turns out that every fucker ever happens to be related, I'll be pissed the fuck off. On the same tack, the black chick with 'learn shit off the telly quickly' power - (which sounds shit, but could be very useful) I bet her dad was the black dude in the photo of powerful types, whatever his fucking name was.

I liked seeing a new power, even if you could see it coming a mile off. Episodes without the two main characters seem a little empty, though - like Doctor Who without the Doctor.
At least Nathan has
At least Nathan has
shaved off that ridiculous beard, he looked almost as stupid as he does in "Unmasked" with that hat on.

The second series is 'ok' the 4th episode was poor, agreed. But i think it'll have the same general jist as the 1st season, boring boring boring. AWESOME! As long as it doesn't get to the stage of lost 3 ie. WANK (pardon the french) then it's good
As for my takes on the storyline, i'm not even going to insight, the 1st series completly swung me until maybe the last 4 episodes, i was miles off!

I've never seen it, but I'm guessing it will be the usual American TV station makes a good programme, it becomes massively popular, producers of the show realise they sitting on the proverbial golden egg and then throw all principals out of the window and proceed to vigorously roger the proverbial goose in the hope of creating an even bigger aforementioned golden egg.mrbobbins wrote: And WTF is happening with Prison Break?!, I'll give it a couple more eps but it's gone really shite
Needless to say the goose can't take that much rogering (what with the amount of bloated corporate dicks being shoved up its lovehole) and ends up birthing nothing but stillborn mediocre entertainment foetuses. The ratings plummet, the goose gets kicked off the farm and is forced to star in low budget dairy productions to eke out a living.
Yeah.

I thought you'd just re-watched Ep 4 until near the end - you mean the phones?Dr. kitteny berk wrote:
Heroes is starting to lose me now, ep5 seemed to lack any real content or story.

also -5 points for obvious product placement.
I liked 5 a lot more than 4, but did feel a bit cheated with the Hiro story thread - I'd happily watch an entire spinoff which just shows in full his adventures.
There's still quite a bit happening, but it mostly seems to be answered immediately rather than leaving a bit of speculation for the next ep. If I wasn't so hopelessly addicted I'd have preferred to wait and watch this series as a whole.
